Return Details:
All online returns, including faulty or damaged goods, are recommended to be made using the provided complimentary returns service (as indicated in 1.A. Free Returns). Alternative return methods may result in an additional charge at your expense, not eligible for reimbursement.
For fragrance returns, adhere to packaging guidelines provided by the courier used.
Refund Process:
Refunds take up to 14 working days from the return date to be processed to the original payment method used for the order. Items with valid receipts can be returned within 30 days from their purchase date.
A full refund will not be provided for goods showing signs of unreasonable use. You'll be notified of a reduced refund or can opt to have the goods returned within 28 days.
